香煎鲭鱼
做法:

1.鲭鱼清理好,切成块,用白葡萄酒,胡椒粉,盐腌上半小时。vXJO4K

2.鲭鱼块沾上一层面粉,用橄榄油,中火煎成金黄色,滤掉多余油分,放在盘子内。R$}a![*K"{ii
2.番茄去皮去籽后切成丁,芹菜也切成细丁,Sweet Basil剁碎,都放在容器内,加橄榄油,胡椒粉,柠檬汁,盐调味后浇在煎好的鲭鱼块上即可。
