小龙虾本身含很多不干净的物质,打理的时候要注意。首先要用牙刷刷洗,再剪去头部的脏东西并剔除虾线(尾部中间的一节可以抻出虾线)9iU b'HJP3Er

这就是全身最脏的地方。注意剪头的时候注意不要把虾黄剪掉,那可是味道的精华。

制作经验:做的时候不要放盐了,因为豆瓣酱和豆豉本身就很咸,多放点糖味道会更好。最好不要放水,要放啤酒味道才好。5G7o'w8Q}0Q(m,YcwT

楼主看不到图,不过过程介绍的比较仔细,用江苏盱眙龙虾可能会更好哦。
