1.鱼头洗干净,沥干水分.大蒜三个剥去皮(这个剥出来的量大概有二三十小颗哦),姜一大块去皮切厚片.

2.用一汤匙料酒,一汤匙生抽,一汤匙半蚝油,半汤匙白糖搅拌均匀后,涂抹在鱼头上,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏腌制两个小时入味.e/yuM&s6`)Y

3.锅子放灶上,用小火空锅预热两分钟.
