鲍汁酿鸡肶菇
材料:鸡肶菇,瘦肉,马蹄,小棠菜,香菜

做法:

1、瘦肉马蹄香菜一起跺碎,加生粉、盐、糖搅拌成肉馅

2、鸡肶菇切去顶部,使之长度差不多一致,然后从中间切开一刀,不切断,用开水先焯一下,捞起擦干水分3?/GW-SXR5p+f
3、在菇的切口处抹上干生粉,再把肉馅酿在里面,大火蒸8分钟左右,取出排盘

4、小棠菜去掉粗叶,用油盐水焯过之后间隔地放在蒸好的鸡肶菇之间RH
