浓汁香菇扒白菜胆

香菇8~10朵(泡开,泡香菇水留用),虾米一把(泡开,水留用),嫩白菜心一颗,(我把外边的拿去做泡菜了,里面的留着做来吃,呵呵),日式鱼露一汤勺,老抽2汤勺,酒,盐,糖适量,还有两瓣蒜稍稍剁碎。{WdV U&@)@

2.起油锅(3大勺油),爆香蒜碎和虾米,接着绽少许酒,继续炒香,然后倒入香菇,稍稍翻炒后,把香菇水隔渣倒入,然后继续翻炒,调味,用中火炖煮5分钟至入味,然后用炮虾米的汤开个薄芡,勾入汤汁里...乘热浇在白菜上就成了!!! [/size]
