香芋白菜焖排骨
材料:白菜、排骨、芋头0fpn.PQI
1 把各材料切好,排骨用生抽、少许盐、糖、姜丝、油腌一会4V v2m}$l
2 煮热油放芋头过油,然后放一饭碗水,盖上镬盖煮熟,落盐,盛起待用.(老人家讲落:煮芋头要熟左才落盐,不然会"肾"){%]1E:I&w
3 炒香排骨至五成熟,盛起待用(bw3BH
