2.然后将面块平铺在菜板上,抹上花生油,撒上刚才切好的香菜和葱,从一头开始卷,卷到直径不超过2厘米后用刀切开,然 后切成一厘米左右宽的小面卷,放在盘子里,按此方法将所有面都做成小面卷。最重要的部分就玩成了,呵呵!!
