再起一锅,倒入适量清水,放入葱姜,食盐,煮沸,注意,葱姜最好先用刀面拍一下,另外,产妇食用的话应该放少量食盐,待充分煮沸后,倒入腰片,发现开始沸腾的时候,慢慢倒入鸡蛋,等鸡蛋和腰片结拢后放入味精,倒入麻油,完成!
