步骤六:准备好上述所需要的调料!碗内加入小米辣,葱末,蒜末!东古酱油,美极,捞拌汁,海鲜酱油是1:1:1:1的比例!

技术关键:蜗牛一定不能煮至时间太长,否者肉太硬,太老。洗蜗牛一定要放白醋,否者粘液洗不掉!白醋就是去粘液的作用!
